Refund Policy
Each product of ours is handcrafted and hence you might see slight imperfections and variations in colour, shape, size, which is the very sign of hard work that goes into their making. And these are not regarded as defects and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Also, we take utmost care in packing your items and our packaging is robust. However, in case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us within 24 hours of order delivery: hello@nilayadecor.com (Please share your order number and your unboxing video).
You are required to shoot an unboxing video of the package (starting from when you open it) and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Also, make sure that the video is authentic and not staged in any way. Videos with any unusual cuts and edits will not be entertained.
Due to fragile nature of ceramics, we do not offer return. In case you want a replacement of the damaged product instead of the refund, then that would be clubbed with your next order from Nilaya Decor.
We reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit, given the nature of our products. Each refund/replacement case will be treated individually, case-to-case basis.
Also, please note that we are unable to offer refunds in case we have been provided with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
